These terms and conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, services provided by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and associated venues. These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) govern the relationship between AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company incorporated in Istanbul, Türkiye whose registered office is ESENTEPE MAH. TALAT PAŞA CAD. NO: 5 İÇ KAPI NO: 1 ŞİŞLİ/ İSTANBUL, and Users of services provided by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Use by you of the App will constitute acceptance by you of this Agreement. This agreement overrides any statements on the website and/or the App if they are different. You must therefore read it carefully. Please print a copy of this agreement for your records. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact support@awrdapp.com.
Changes
AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the services provided and/or these terms and conditions, or any policy, FAQ or guideline pertaining to the services provided at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in the services provided confirms your acceptance of such changes and modifications.
Age & Data
AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and the services it provides, is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how the Company collects, uses and discloses information about its customers.

To enroll in the services provided by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, download the App to your mobile device and follow the prompts to create an account through the App. Your account enables you to earn loyalty stamps and to redeem those stamps in participating outlets.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Stamps
Stamps are only valid for the product/service specified on the card by the venue.
One stamp per drink/item, as per the venues discretion.
Stamps can only be earned at the time and point of purchase and only through the app.
The App can’t be used in conjunction with any discount or privilege card whether issued by us or by any third party.
Redemption
In order to redeem a card you should present the relevant screen to a member of staff at the selected venue.
Stamps are relevant to venues individually, and not pooled across venues.
Expired redemptions are not reversible at any time.
General
• Stamps accumulated have no cash value.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family friends or others.
• AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to remove accounts and make ineligible for the stamps collected any account.
• In the case that a venue leaves AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, all stamps at that venue become immediately invalid on the app.
• Venues must refrain from unauthorized usage of branding materials belonging to third parties. Such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to terminate any account found engaged in impersonation or other fraudulent activities without notice.
Expiry and Cancellation
Your membership does not have an expiry date. You may delete the App at any time. If you wish to cancel your membership altogether, you can do so in the profile section in the app. If you cancel your membership, you will lose the right to redeem all stamps that are unused at the time of cancellation. We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued stamps, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem Points if you are in breach of this agreement, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us, the App, or if you supply false or misleading information to us.
Loss, theft, damage
You should treat your stamps like cash in a wallet. If you lose your phone or it is stolen, or if someone else accesses your membership through the App, you may lose any stamps you have accrued.
Complaints
Complaints regarding any element of your membership or user of AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ services should be sent in writing or by email to support@awrdapp.com.
Compensation
Stamps earned through using your membership are not covered by any compensation scheme.

Data protection and privacy
While registering to become a Member through the the App, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name and email address. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. The Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information.
Liability
AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.
Assignment
We may transfer the benefit of this agreement to any other company in the same group of AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or in the case of buy-out. If we assign the benefit of this agreement, your rights will not be affected.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law.
Participation in Marketing Initiatives (For Stores)
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Stores acknowledge and agree to actively participate in marketing initiatives by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ aimed at promoting the use of our services. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, referral programs designed to incentivize current users to introduce new users to our platform.
Referral Programs
As part of our marketing strategies, Stores will support and facilitate referral programs initiated by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Such programs may offer current users additional benefits, such as extra stamps, when they successfully refer a new user who then activates a card. Stores agree to honor any commitments made to users as part of these programs, including the issuance of extra stamps or other incentives agreed upon, under the terms set by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Stores understand that their participation in these initiatives is crucial to expanding our community and enhancing the visibility and usability of our platform. The specifics of each marketing initiative, including the roles and responsibilities of the Stores, will be outlined within the Terms and Conditions agreement and may be updated by AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as needed.
AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any marketing initiative, including referral programs, at its discretion. It is the responsibility of the Stores to review the Terms and Conditions agreement regularly for any such changes. Updates to the programs or their termination will be reflected in the agreement, without direct communication from AWRD BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ to the Stores regarding each change. Stores are therefore encouraged to frequently check the agreement to ensure they are up-to-date with the current terms and conditions of their participation in these initiatives.
